I'm Donat Bali Papp, a seasoned product designer with over 9 years of experience and proven success in music, travel, fintech, entertainment and communication markets. I specialise in native app experiences and design systems.

Looking back at my childhood, we could say that LEGO was my first ever design tool. I have spent countless days building spaceships, vehicles, houses and all kinds of sets. Turns out these sets constantly change and evolve, just like products. Just like people. Ever since, creation is at the core of my being.

Life happened, I became a designer. Nice summary, huh? Wait, there's more.

Fast-forward, I'm standing (probably sitting) here almost a decade later. My passion for building something out of bricks has remained, now with additional meaning. I have worked as a design leader and doer at early stage startups, agencies and big tech companies cooking products for hundreds of millions. This broad experience has helped me to become a well-rounded designer and develop a strong, collaborative process. Proactivity, kindness, adaptability, hands-on leading and learning are my defining traits. I care a lot about people and always seek to build authentic relationships with those I work with.
